Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
